This energy supplement is pretty breakthrough in my opinion. When I received the free samples from them, the first thing I did was try a shot. They sent me 2 different kinds of shots, and 5 different flavors of powder to mix with water, which all tasted very good might I add. Well the flavors were: Grape, Berry, Citrus, Orange, and Pink Lemonade, and the shots were Grape and Berry. Ok so the powders came in little test tube looking things, and you just pour it right in water, but you have to be careful and take a sip first, I learned that lesson the hard way, I guess they don't call it fizz for nothing. The one thing that really caught my eye was that it had 41667% of your daily intake of Vitamin B. With that much Vitamin B, you really get a healthy kick. There were 10 calories, no sugar, and lots of vitamins and other healthy things which is great if your trying to work out. Now onto rating it and reviewing it, i'll start with the taste. Well the taste was great on both the shot and powder, and with all the flavors to choose from, it never really got old, you just have to be careful and put the right amount of water to powder ratio, or it might taste a little funny. Onto the power part of the rating, well the kick wasn't extremely amazing, but it was a healthy feeling kick. It made me feel full on energy so I could go run or work, but it didn't give me that overdrive pinging feeling that i'm addicted to, but it really gets the job done and is very healthy for you. On a scale of 1-10 for the taste I'd have to give it a 9.5, and on the power part, probably somewhere around a solid 7.75. This would be a great energy drink for people who like energy drinks but watch their weight, people who just like being healthy, and people who need Vitamin B. I think that they could do something to attract younger people to this drink, or maybe make it into a canned drink, but mainly just get it on the shelves because I've never seen it an any stores. AMP Energy Drinks

What's not to love about an energy drink with the name AMP?  Considering I play guitar, this energy drink will always hold a special place in my heart. It tastes ridiculously good, and there are like a million different flavors (more like 7 or 8, but same difference). The first time I tried this guy was in the car on the way home from school (a 45 minute drive), which was a big mistake. AMP seems to be stronger than most drinks I've tried so far, which hopefully will increase soon. But back to the power factor, its pretty darn strong, it lasted me a good 5-6 hours, and I never really noticed a crash. This is shocking when you consider just how sweet it is.

Well onto the rating: the Original AMP flavor really is great, probably my favorite flavor of energy drink so far. I'd feel safe giving it a solid 9 on the taste factor. However in terms of the power factor, its a little harder to be so generous. Don't be mistaken, it packs a pretty good kick. Heck it's stronger than the majority of the stuff I've tried so far. Unfortunately it's still not that energy drink I've been searching for my whole life, and I would give it an 8 on the power scale.

So for a final little summary, it tastes really good, and the kick is very decent. It's hard to find another drink on the shelf that's able to compete with AMP, but I'm still searching for an energy drink to really impress me.

Rockstar

Now, this drink isn't as good as you'd imagine. I mean it tastes pretty okay, a citrus flavor mainly. Well, with the name rockstar, you'd imagine it'd be pretty freaking strong right? Well guess again, I found a 24 oz can which was huge, and cost me 3 bucks. After I managed to down the whole thing, i figured i'd get that energy buzz you get right after you drink one, but it never really came, all that happened was that I talked more than normal for a few hours( which bugged a lot of people) then came the crash, which just makes you sleepy. Overall, its a cool concept, but its not as strong as i'd like and the flavor is just ok, nothing great. On a scale of 1 to 10: for flavor i'd give it around a 7.5, and on the power factor, being quite generous, id give it a 5.5. Basically, I would rank this drink with mountain dew or just a strong soda.

Monster

I've had quite a few encounters with this drink, and it makes me smile. Its strong, tastes good, and has a picture of slash(my hero) on the can currently. Well the first time I tried this drink, I accidentally got the carb free version, and it tasted too bad for me, let alone the fact that it didn't even give me energy, so I just kind of left Monster alone for a while. Then one day I tried the real version, and I realized what people were talking about, its a pretty good energy drink. So on a scale from 1 to 10, i'd give it an 8.5 on the taste factor, and probably somewhere around an 8 for power, because its pretty good. Its not the most amazing drink out there, but it'll definitely get the job done.

NOS

              Basically all I can say is that I swear by this drink. It was the first energy drink that I ever tried and just about every time I get an energy drink, I get a NOS. It tastes pretty good, and it makes you feel amazing. It comes in four different flavors that I'm aware of: Cherry, Grape, Fruit Punch, and Citrus. And theres a low calorie version and low carb also. It gives a pretty nice kick and you don,t get a crash. If you feel like getting a pretty decent energy drink, then I would suggest a NOS. If I put it on a scale of one to ten, then flavor wise on average, probably 7.5, its power rating would be 8. All around NOS is a great energy drink.
